Thank you very much Eden for helping Charlene tell us in plain English how she helps! Unless I missed it, if you guys get a chance of course, what's a good example of regenerative media?

Hi Bob! Thanks for your question. From Charlene herself:

"An example of regenerative media.... it definitely is a spectrum that includes both the process of filmmaker as well as the final product. A film needs to be made in a healthy and caring way in order to fully be a healthy, transformative story. Does that make sense?

Some stories I've enjoyed recently that certainly have the product side in place in terms of being inspiring, transforming, healing, and a learning opportunity in some way might be:

Champions with Woody Harrelson - gives a closer, empowering look at brilliant humans with special needs!

The Lost City with Sandra Bullock - was entertaining AND had a great message around bravery, unexpected heroes, and being true to ourselves.

On the far other end of the spectrum of regenerative media, I'd place my short film that will be released in October, a documentary about my Coming Home journey.

Hope this helps!"
